Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development or sales

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Knowledge of alternative short term accommodations, hotels, real estate, and/or commercial multi-family 

• Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets

Compensation:

This is a 1099 position with competitive commission-based compensation. Earnings are based on successful business development efforts and sales.
